Weekly Tip: Quick Breakfast

This is a quick breakfast that I make when I don't have a lot of time and I haven't prepared something the night before.
Ingredients
- Greek yoghurt - 1 small pot Total by Fage (not the 0% version)
- Chia seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Pear - 1 small pear (half a cup)
- Coconut chips - small handful
Mix the greek yoghurt and chia seeds together. Chop up the pear and add on top with coconut chips - and your done!
Note : If you would like to add more protein try adding a tablespoon of vanilla whey or collagen powder.
