This why I harp on about setting goals - write them down!

It’s easy to convince yourself that quitting will be ok, after all you're probably only letting down yourself. But if you remind yourself why you started, why you wanted to make these changes this should be all the motivation you need to continue and reach your goal. Don’t give up on your goals - keep persevering. In a months time you will look back and be so proud of yourself and where you are. (which should motivate you even more!)
