Take before and after photos to gauge your results. Whatever your goal, I highly recommend taking photos at the start of any new training/nutrition plan/life style change. It’s an excellent motivator and way to check in and make sure you are on track.
@lady.lolas has very kindly let me use her before and after photos to demonstrate this. Her balanced approach to nutrition and fitness - making it a lifestyle not a short term fix.
