Weekly Tip: Nutrient dense protein shake

For those days when you don’t have the time to sit down and enjoy a meal. This shake has it all - carbs, fat, protein and a whole range of vitamins and minerals!
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Chocolate or vanilla protein
- 1 teaspoon barley grass
- 1 teaspoon raw cacao
- 1 teaspoon maca powder
- 1 teaspoon lucema powder
- 1 teaspoon bee pollen
- 1 tablespoon nut butter of your choice
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 handful frozen blueberries
- 1 handful of ice 200ml - milk or water Method Blend all ingredients together using an electric blender - and enjoy!!!
