Stop procrastinating and making excuses why you can’t work out - and just do it. Time passes no matter what we are doing so use it wisely. You can either be sat scrolling mindlessly through social media apps - or you could be out there getting stronger, fitter and healthier.
Getting out the warm house is the hard bit - but the sooner you start the sooner you can finish!
